Description
Parkhill Plaza was the first multi-tenant development in ARC’s history with the goal of creating a neighboring shopping center to support Aubuchon Hardware. The land was purchased in the 1970s with one structure on-site, currently occupied by Aubuchon Hardware. From there, the property was developed in four phases in the late 1970s and early ’80.
As with any other “vintage” asset, there were varying phases of upgrades, with recent capital investments in a facade program, repositioning of older space, and re-roofing all sections of the property from 2015-2018. As investments were made over time, new users were added.
The property has been expanded over the years, with the most recent pad site being sold to Cumberland Farms for an expansion of their prototype C-store as well as a built-to-suit CVS Pharmacy. In November of 2022, five decades after Aubuchon Realty purchased the land, the property was sold.
