Marin is currently a Partner at Kendall Booking which provides booking and marketing services to Live Music Venues throughout the United States. She shaped her skills in professional venues, college concerts, corporate and private events, and produced a few tours including MTV’s Campus Invasion tours, VW Music Ed Tours, and PlayStation Tour.
As an accomplished entrepreneur, Justin has a proven track record of launching and operating successful businesses across several industries. Justin enjoys being hands-on and overseeing all aspects of business operations and leveraging technology when appropriate to streamline operations, for the benefit of our members.
After working in the real estate industry for over 18 years, Katie provides ARC with valuable insights in the decision making process. Currently, Katie is the Vice President of Development and Mixed Use at AvalonBay Communities. Previously she served as the Vice President of Development at Edens.

Bill is a highly skilled and experienced business executive and entrepreneur with over 42 years in senior roles such as CEO, COO, and CFO. Currently, Bill is the COO and Partner of Regal Holdings in Grand Rapids, MI. Alongside his various leadership roles, he has also served on many Boards in industries such as real estate, financial services, banking, fintech, mining and professional services. Outside of work, Bill enjoys adventure based activities, such as Ironmans and marathons.
After four decades serving the W.E. Aubuchon Co. Inc. in a variety of facets, Bernie is now retired and spends his time with his family, enjoying reading, boating, and skiing. Bernie has served as the Chair of the Aubuchon Co. for over a decade, and is the longest standing Board Member of ARC, with nearly 20 years of service to the Board.
Eamon D. Moran is the President of the Aubuchon Realty Company, Inc. – ARC. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Eamon represents the 4th generation management of the family-owned real estate company. In his position as President, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company, overall management of daily operations, and the pursuit of new development and acquisitions opportunities across ARC’s investment platforms. Eamon also serves on the Board of Directors of ARC.
