Aubuchon Acres is a three lot commercial subdivision project that was completed in mid-2020. The site was acquired for $1M in 2012 for retail hardware operations and contained considerable excess land. Installation of a new roadway and infrastructure allowed for the formation of three by-right lots. This allowed our development to forgo the arduous Cape Cod Commission permitting guidelines.
- Lot 1 sold for $800,000 & is now expanded and operated at Canterbury Market.
- Lot 2 was developed as a new build to suit Dollar Tree store – 2020 opening.
- Lot 3 remains a high-volume hardware store, with long term NNN lease.
