Purchased in 2015, this 4-acre parcel consisted of an old Chevy dealership that was purchased by ARC for conversion to a hardware store. After a successful redevelopment of the existing building, ARC marketed and signed a lease for a 9,000 sf Dollar General store on excess land. The DG was built in the Summer of 2020, and the store opened in early October. Improvements to the site during the DG redevelopment include new drainage infrastructure, new asphalt, and grading, to improve the overall functionality of the site.
